Refund policy

Returns
A store credit or exchange is accepted on unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by emailing brookealbanese@yahoo.com before sending your items back. All shipments must be postmarked within 10  business days of receiving authorization.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. A store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. Customers have 90 days to use their credit. We are not responsible for lost packages.

 

All vintage, apothecary, consumables, and discounted items are FINAL SALE. No refunds accepted. All workshop and event tickets  are non-refundable
